I just contacted customer service to ask for an update, this is now day 4 going onto day 5 and the customer service rep is telling me "the team is waiting for the documents that were requested." Could you imagine that!!!!! I mean if this is not RED flags I don't know what is. I'm now approaching the 72-hour time frame and not been resolved as yet. Didn't hear back from them so I decided to contact customer service again after 24 hours only to be told they never received the documents so I attached it again in the chat for the customer service rep and he uploaded it to the relevant department. In my first interaction with customer service, the gentleman asked me to reply to an email he would send me and attach my personal documents (national ID, a selfie with ID, and a recent bill) which I did. It's been three days since I started the process and 72 hours later I'm still going through the verification process and still, at this point the account has not been opened.
